We recently closed on the sale of our home, to head into retirement. On a spur of the moment decision, we decided to have an agent take a look at our home. We wanted to get an idea of the possibilities involving a time frame, a list of things to do, and the end result of working with an agent at that time. At our first meeting, Kevin was very professional, well spoken, and did all of his homework. He brought us information about the housing market, our neighborhood and city, and our home and property, to help us be as informed in the process as possible, should we decide to work with him. He was very cautious in talking about our personal things that might need to be slimmed down or removed, and we appreciated his gentle approach. We knew before he left that day that he was the one to guide us through this important, life- changing time in our lives! Kevin kept us two steps ahead of everything because he was so on-point. We had contact with emails and text messages, and he answered the phone promptly, whenever we called on him. That made us feel that we were a priority to him. It seemed he answered on the first ring many times!!! When something trivial came up, he was an emotional support and calmly offered alternate ways to overcome the situation, and we certainly did! We are very pleased with every aspect of working with Kevin. We felt comfortable having a secure helping hand in Kevin in the process, though it was stressful, we knew he was always right there for us. Kevin helped us find our family home in a matter of 2 months. Our experience with Kevin couldn’t be better, especially given how tough it is in the current housing climate to actually secure a property for a reasonable price. Being new to the house hunting process, Kevin was incredibly patient with us and always willing to answer questions, no matter how stupid we thought they were.
